By Jim Rickards, Monday, 15 February 2021

Jim Rickards speaks to chief editor of The Daily Reckoning Australia, Shae Russell about his new best selling book – The New Great Depression. He provides an overview of what the book is about and goes on to discuss the extensive research behind the book. Jim also talks about the specific points he covers within his new book. Such as the origins of the virus, the policies taken by governments to tackle the pandemic such as lockdowns and the intergenerational impact these measures will have on the Global Economy.

In this video, Jim also talks about the current growth in the S&P 500 and what he calls ‘Bubble Dynamics’ that exist within markets, the current COVID caseload in the US and the signs which indicate we have entered a new great depression.
